Anticancer and Antimicrobial Activity of Silver Nanoparticles Synthesized from Pods of Acacia nilotica

Green synthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have been used against antibiotic-resistant bacteria and chemo-resistant cancer cells. We AgNPs from Acacia nilotica pods, evaluating their antibacterial activity eight bacterial strains anticancer efficiency two colon cell lines, SW620 SW480. Expression levels of genes (β-catenin, APC, TP53, Beclin1, DKK3, Axin, Cyclin D1, C-myc) were checked by a reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction in cells before after treatment with A. extract nilotica-AgNPs. Prepared characterized through ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis), Zetasizer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was to identify the functional group extracts. At first, confirmed sharp peak surface plasmon resonance at 375 nm. The Z-average size 105.4 nm polydispersity index 0.297. TEM showed particle 11–30 prepared promising cytotoxic lines. all affected treatment. Overall, this study recommended both pods nilotica-AgNPs as attractive candidates for applications.
